Services for research and practitioners

Weather and climate have a significant impact on our everyday lives, our environment, and our social and economic systems. In order to be as well prepared as possible for the risks but also opportunities of climate change, we need estimates for our climate in the future. The new climate scenarios for Austria (ÖKS26+) are being developed in intensive exchange with users to ensure their broad applicability in research, administration, politics and business.

A distinction is made between two primary target groups:

• The climate research community in a broader sense, which can use the ÖKS26+ data for a wide variety of detailed and industry analyses. Read more…
